Ever wondered what it would be like to be a winemaker for the day? Can 5% of another grape variety really make a difference in a wine?

Delve deeper into the world of winemaking with an interactive Wine Blending Experience. Our knowledgeable team will guide you through the wine blending process to help create your very own bottle of estate-grown Margaret River wine.

Learn the theory behind why wines are blended then measure, mix and taste a wine perfectly suited to you.

Using real lab equipment from our winery, blend Australias two most popular red grape varieties - Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Once you have settled for your favorite blend, bottle it in a take-home 750ml wine bottle. You can even give the wine a name - maybe something to remember the experience by - "Steve's 50th Birthday Drop"!

After the wine blending is finished, you have the choice of a complimentary tasting of our current range or you can be seated for a 3 course lunch in our Vineyard Kitchen. Select your favorite entree, main and dessert from our a-la-carte menu. The menu changes seasonally and we can cater to most dietary requirements.
